Thesis title: "The ecological factors affecting the occurrence and abundance of Escherichia coli and its colicins in wild rodents."

Supervised by Dr. Hadas Hawlena and Prof. Osnat Gillor at the Jacob Blaustein Institute for Desert Studies.

Developed and implemented a new method to detect colicin more accurately using various laboratory methods.

Analyzed data using R and STATISTICA for statistical analyses such as ANOVA, GLM, GLZ, PCA, and more.
